Selvaggio & Co.

My name is Jeff Perla and I am a senior at Niagara University. What started out as a class project is now transpiring into a running start-up company. I have always had a passion for clothes and the way I dress and have never been able to express myself in the way I would like to. Being 5'5 and skinny, clothes are always baggy and to long for me. I wanted to create a service that allows people to choose from a variety of fabric to design their own tank top or T-shirt fit to their body type!

The name Selvaggio is an Italian word for "wild" or "uncontrolled". I want you to feel like you can design your own clothes through Selvaggio & Co. to express yourself.

On my most recent trip to the Bahamas I learned the meaning of hard work. These people work 60+ hours a week just to put food on the tables for their families. They are overworked and under paid and live in unsafe conditions. I came up with a way to incorporate Fashion and Charity.

The fabric we use from Selvaggio & Co. is imported from countries that are economically struggling such as the Bahamas. Here at Selvaggio & Co. we agree to donate 10% of our profits back to the existing country that the fabric came from!
